Job: Hands-on Manager

 

 

 

Job opportunity:

We are looking for a new manager for our growing hospitality business. As we at present only have a staff of three, you will need to be willing to be a hands-on manager, joining in all aspects of the work as needed.

The willingness to live-in some nights will be as bonus, but is not essential.

All round skills will be helpful. The more you can show experience of the following areas, the more help you will be to us:

bulletcomputers
bulletaccounting
bulletmanaging and motivating staff
bulletmaintenance; cleaning; looking after electrical and electronic equipment
bulletpromotion
bulletdealing with authorities

Pay will be negotiable and profit-linked. You will report to the CEO.
